If you are having problems accessing the content or watching a video, please try these items:

Refresh the page and try again.

Clear your browser cache and try again.

Make sure you are using a supported browser and operating system. See the full list.

Make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser. Don’t know your browser and operating system? Click here.

Check that you have sufficient network bandwidth to play video. Don’t know your network speed? Click here.

Network bandwidth requirements:


600 kb/s connection for Low-Resolution video.


1000 kb/s Download Speed for Standard-Resolution video.


2000 kb/s for HD 720p High-Resolution video.


Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7 uses progressive streaming with standard resolution video and requires 450 kb/s.
