If you are having problems watching a video with the Legacy Video Platform, please follow the steps below:

  • Refresh the page and try again.
  • Close all browser windows and try again.
  • Make sure you are using a supported browser and operating system. See below to check the list of browser and operating systems supported by the GuideSpark video platform. If you don’t know what browser and operating system you’re using, click here to check your browser and operating system.
    • Supported Operating Systems:
      • Windows 7, 8 & 10* (Browsers: IE, Chrome, Firefox)
      • Mac OS X 10.9, 10.10, 10.11 (Browsers: Safari, Chrome, Firefox)
      • iOS 7, 8 & 9 (Browsers: Safari, Chrome)
      • Android 4.4x, 5.0. 5.1x & 6.0x (Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Native Browser of service)
    • Browser Requirements:
      • Chrome Versions 37 and above, above 43 is best
      • Firefox Version 24 and above, above 45 is best
      • Internet Explorer (IE) IE-9, IE-10, IE-11, includes Edge
      • Safari 7 and above, depending on the Mac, preferable 8 or 9
    • Flash was dropped by Browsers Firefox and Chrome in 2016. GuideSpark Videos require HTML5 support. Only IE might continue to support Flash.
  • Upgrade your browser or operating system if needed.
