This Privacy Policy describes what information we gather from you, how we use that information, when we disclose that information, and what we do to protect it. If you use the GuideSpark Services as part of an entity or organization that has an agreement with GuideSpark, Inc., the terms of that organization's contract for the GuideSpark Services may restrict our collection or use of your information more than what is described in this Privacy Policy. In some cases, we may make such disclosures without providing notice to Users.
  • We also reserve the right to disclose your information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability; protect GuideSpark from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations; to assist government enforcement agencies; to protect the security or integrity of the GuideSpark Services; or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of GuideSpark our Users, or others.
