Keith Kitani

Chief Executive Officer

Keith is a successful entrepreneur and software executive with over 20 years of experience building technology companies.  He has been building software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and businesses since 1999 when he co-founded Presedia (an eLearning company) and sold it to Macromedia in 2003.  At Macromedia he was the VP of Product Management and Operations for the Breeze and Flash Media Server product lines, growing those businesses to over $50M annually.  Prior to founding GuideSpark, Keith was a Senior Director and Entrepreneur in Residence at Adobe Systems where he ran a 40+ person startup team responsible for starting, building and running most of Adobe's SaaS businesses. Keith holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A., both from Stanford University.

John Wolff

Vice President, Business Development

John is the VP of Financial Education and has extensive experience in financial education, training and planning. Over the past 11 years John has been the keynote speaker at 450 employee financial education workshops for Fortune 500 companies. Responsible for workshop content development as the National Education Director for Money Management Educators, John integrates professional personal financial expertise with the practical perspective of conducting over 2,000 post workshop interviews with individuals and couples. As a financial services professional he has consistently ranked in the top 5% nationally. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo from the School of Architecture and Environmental Design.

Joseph A. Larocque

Director, Marketing

Joe has 10 years of experience working with software companies in a variety of operational and strategic capacities. At GuideSpark, he oversees the company's marketing and content development efforts. Previously, Joe was a Product Manager at Adobe Systems where he drove the OEM strategy for the company's Web conferencing and eLearning application called Acrobat Connect. In addition, he worked closely with the hosted services team on a number of Acrobat Connect related projects. Prior to Adobe, Joe worked in the corporate development group at Macromedia and was a founding member of the industry solutions marketing team at webMethods. Earlier in his career, Joe was an investment banker at Robertson Stephens where he worked primarily with software clients. Joe holds a B.S. from Boston College.
